About the event
Charlotte Fagg, Commercialization and Validation engineering Technical Associate, The Estee Lauder Companies. Experienced professional with 7 years’ experience within the Cosmetic Industry, 2 of these within engineering. Charlotte’s strong background in Finance as a Cost Accountant diverged into manufacturing engineering following a passion for creative problem solving, data analysis and a hands-on approach. Charlotte has continuously developed and progressed through the Estee Lauder Companies. Holding a plant partner role within the Women’s Leadership Network, an employee resource group Charlotte demonstrates leading from every chair and promoting STEM within the UK organization. Charlotte holds a Level 3 certificate in packaging and AAT qualifications, all obtained whilst working throughout her career. She is known for strong analytic skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks as well as her enthusiasm for collaborative working. Currently Charlotte continues to manage new product launches for Lab Series and Darphin whilst handling capability trials for existing products and brands including Jo Malone London, Estee Lauder and Clinique. She welcomes opportunities to inspire future generations, sharing awareness of positions she didn’t know where attainable within her time in education.
