Dawn E - Deputy to DD Engineering at GCHQ

Louisa Bates is Account Director within BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Her team supports national security and law enforcement customers with providing with a range of secure software engineering and digital and data solutions, to help protect citizens from harm and increase operational efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness.

Louisa brings a wealth of experience looking after relationships and work with the FCDO, HMRC and the Home Office. She has also held a number of major account, consultancy and delivery roles across the business with a focus on national programme implementations with focus on protecting UK citizens.

Louisa has been with BAE Systems for over 20 years, having joined as a graduate. Outside of work she enjoys a busy family life with three young energetic children – loves camping and all things outdoors.
