About the event
James is the UK head of Strategic Risk Consulting at Marsh, overseeing enterprise risk, cyber, resilience, and climate services. With a team of 80 consultants, he supports global brands in navigating complex risk challenges. Formerly at PwC, James built enterprise resilience services. He has also held risk management roles at the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and the BBC. Additionally, he chairs the ISO committee for Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience Standards. Author of "Business Continuity Management," James also contributed to crisis planning for the 2012 London Olympics while at the UK Cabinet Office.
