My mentoring session will focus on: 

- my career journey, highs and lows, good and bad decisions and what I’ve learned and my experience of being a young woman in the finance world.  

- the importance of relationship management and adapting working styles to audience, i.e CEO/Board will want you to get straight to the point  

- external tests such as Myers Briggs and Human Design - how these can help identify how you are 

- from the students, keen to know what their passions are, what interests them and perhaps I can provide advice on the kind of careers to look for or people to follow/podcasts to learn more on etc.
