  • What age group is the programme designed for?
The programme is designed for secondary school students aged 11-16.
  • Who can I contact about the Ambassador Programme?
    Email the team at society@thefemalelead.com
  • How many student ambassadors should I select?
There is no set number, but we recommend selecting at least 4-6 students. Older students from year 10+ are more likely to benefit from leading the programme.
  • How often will student ambassadors need to review materials?
We’ll send students films, content, classroom resources and surveys to feedback on once a term.
  • What's the difference between the Ambassador Programme and a Female Lead Society?
The Ambassador Programme is a one-year programme for specially selected secondary schools. Student Ambassadors will be instrumental in our education programme, sharing their ideas and feedback on our materials directly. They'll receive exclusive benefits and a certificate of participation. The Female Lead (TFL) Society is open to all schools and universities. Institutions can sign up to join our network of over 1000+ schools and receive educational resources, films and content to be used in classes, assemblies or extra-curricular sessions. Students from the Ambassador Programme could lead their own TFL Society in their school.
  • How will student ambassadors receive materials?
The Female Lead will send materials to your nominated contacts via email or Google Drive links.
  • How long does the programme last?
One academic year (start: September, end: July).
