Join our Student Ambassador Programme
The Female Lead Ambassador Programme is designed to help young women build confidence and grow their skills. By joining our network of specially selected schools, students will have the opportunity to share their ideas and shape The Female Lead's global educational programme.
How to set up your Student Ambassador Society

What age group is the programme designed for?The programme is designed for secondary school students aged 11-16.

How many student ambassadors should I select?There is no set number, but we recommend selecting at least 4-6 students. Older students from year 10+ are more likely to benefit from leading the programme.

How often will student ambassadors need to review materials?We’ll send students films, content, classroom resources and surveys to feedback on once a term.

What's the difference between the Ambassador Programme and a Female Lead Society?The Ambassador Programme is a one-year programme for specially selected secondary schools. Student Ambassadors will be instrumental in our education programme, sharing their ideas and feedback on our materials directly. They'll receive exclusive benefits and a certificate of participation. The Female Lead (TFL) Society is open to all schools and universities. Institutions can sign up to join our network of over 1000+ schools and receive educational resources, films and content to be used in classes, assemblies or extra-curricular sessions. Students from the Ambassador Programme could lead their own TFL Society in their school.
